What we do?
Helping individuals and families settle, connect, and thrive.
The Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Centre supports newcomers as they shape their future in Canada. We provide tools, resources, and connections to help people settle with confidence. Our team includes individuals who have been newcomers themselves, and we celebrate the skills, perspectives, and experiences that every newcomer contributes to our community.

"It was a wonderful experience at KW , very helpful, got a lot of self confidence speaking to Ted... a gem of a person who understands the fear and anxiety of an immigrant. The place is more of a home than an office.. very friendly. I am happy that I chose Canada to be my new home. Thank you Canada and thank you Ted ! Hope to see you soon!)"
